David brings over 30 years of B2B business development, sales, marketing, and relationship management experience to the Integrity team. He has a successful track record of developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives for a diverse portfolio of products and markets in both manufacturing and distribution environments.
David brings a strong customer centric mindset to the table and is constantly looking for win-win and/or customer experience improvement opportunities. He subscribes to the theory that in business its much easier to say no than yes, and as a result success is often determined by those that have a willingness to delve into the details and creatively work to find a mutually beneficial solution. He prides himself on this and is excited that the mission of Integrity is 100% aligned, and committed to helping our valued clients and partners attain their financial goals.
David is a graduate of the Boys’ Latin School of Maryland, where he currently serves on the Board of Visitors, Washington and Lee University, and received his MBA from Loyola University of Maryland. He actively volunteers and supports a number of charitable organizations including SOZO Children, the American Heart Association, the Adult & Pediatric Congenital Heart Associations, and Gilchrist Hospice. He spent 8 years coaching youth lacrosse and remains involved and committed to growing the game.
